Um ano antes em 2011 a Prefeitura de Solid\u00e3o extrapolou o limite de gastos com pessoal, excedendo os 54% estabelecido na Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal.\u00a0\u00a0Na oportunidade foi aplicada multa\u00a0\u00a0no valor no per\u00edodo citado de aproximadamente R$ 12 mil a gestora. Segundo o parecer do relator, o valor da multa dever\u00e1 ser revertido em favor do Fundo de Aperfei\u00e7oamento Profissional e Reequipamento T\u00e9cnico do TCE.
