Ministro Fachin decidir\u00e1 se autoriza.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Do G1<\/em><\/p>\n<p>O procurador-geral da Rep\u00fablica, Rodrigo Janot, enviou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (14) ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) 83 pedidos de abertura de inqu\u00e9rito para investigar pol\u00edticos citados nas dela\u00e7\u00f5es de 77 executivos e ex-executivos da empreiteira Odebrecht e da petroqu\u00edmica Braskem (empresa do grupo Odebrecht).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">N\u00e3o foram divulgados os nomes dos alvos dos pedidos porque a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o tem car\u00e1ter sigiloso. O procurador-geral pediu a retirada do segredo de Justi\u00e7a de todo o material, sob o argumento de que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio promover transpar\u00eancia e atender ao interesse p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Sete funcion\u00e1rias da Procuradoria Geral da Rep\u00fablica chegaram \u00e0s 17h06 ao Supremo Tribunal Federal com as 11 caixas de documentos para serem protocolados, segundo informou a GloboNews.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Os pedidos de abertura de inqu\u00e9rito foram enviados ao Supremo Tribunal Federal porque entre os alvos h\u00e1 autoridades com foro privilegiado, isto \u00e9, que s\u00f3 podem ser investigadas (e depois julgadas, se for o caso) com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do STF. S\u00e3o os casos de deputados e senadores, por exemplo. Governadores s\u00e3o investigados e julgados no Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Para os casos de pol\u00edticos e demais pessoas que perderam o foro privilegiado \u2013 integrantes do governo passado, por exemplo \u2013, o procurador-geral fez 211 pedidos de remessa de trechos das dela\u00e7\u00f5es para inst\u00e2ncias inferiores da Justi\u00e7a (o chamado &#8220;decl\u00ednio de compet\u00eancia&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">No total, a Procuradoria Geral da Rep\u00fablica fez ao Supremo 320 pedidos, dos quais:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">83<\/strong>\u00a0pedidos de\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">abertura de inqu\u00e9rito<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">211<\/strong>\u00a0pedidos de remessa de trechos das dela\u00e7\u00f5es que citam pessoas sem foro no STF para\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">outras inst\u00e2ncias<\/strong>\u00a0da Justi\u00e7a<\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">7<\/strong>\u00a0pedidos de<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>arquivamento<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">19 outras<\/strong>\u00a0provid\u00eancias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong>Alvos dos pedidos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">A TV Globo confirmou com v\u00e1rias fontes que a PGR solicitou que o STF autorize abertura de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de pelo menos cinco ministros, seis senadores, um deputado e ex-integrantes dos governos Lula e Dilma, inclusive os dois ex-presidentes.
