Ele foi gravado pedindo os recursos ao empres\u00e1rio Joesley Batista. O pol\u00edtico nega a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O relator do caso \u00e9 o ministro Marco Aur\u00e9lio Mello. Em junho, ele negou o pedido de pris\u00e3o feito pela Procuradoria. Foi quando a PGR recorreu.<\/p>\n<p>O senador chegou a ser afastado de seu mandato em 18 de maio, por determina\u00e7\u00e3o do ministro do STF Edson Fachin. Depois, em 30 de junho, Marco Aur\u00e9lio Mello permitiu a volta de A\u00e9cio ao Senado.<\/p>\n<p>O tucano ainda enfrenta uma den\u00fancia por obstru\u00e7\u00e3o de Justi\u00e7a e corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva. As acusa\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam como base a dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada da JBS. A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o deu origem \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o Patmos, deflagrada em 18 de maio.<\/p>\n<p>Apenas depois que os recursos, como o da PGR, estiverem todos julgados \u00e9 que ser\u00e1 avaliado o recebimento da den\u00fancia.
